In order to best serve everyone, please cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so could result in losing the ability to book future appointments. No shows will lose the ability to book an appointment after the second offense and could result in an appointment fee.
Service Re-do Policy
I want to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost. Any re-do service must be done within 14 days of your original service. Any adjustments made must be in line with our original consultation.
Product Return Policy
Any hair product must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
